Yes. Both the llms.txt generator and the llms-full.txt generator operate directly in the browser at no cost. There is no account registration, no paywall, and no credit card requirement.

Why did the crawler fail on my domain or sitemap?

Crawls typically fail if your server blocks Cloudflare IP ranges, if your robots.txt disallows automated fetchers, if your server uses strict Cloudflare Turnstile bot challenges, or if your domain is private or hosted on a local subnet. Ensure your sitemap XML returns a valid 200 HTTP status code before scanning.

What is the key difference between llms.txt and llms-full.txt?

An llms.txt file is a concise Markdown index providing titles, links, and short summaries. An llms-full.txt file bundles the actual readable text of selected pages into a single file for deep ingestion. We recommend generating the index first.

Where should I host the generated file on my site?

Upload the finished file directly to the root of your web server so it is served at https://yourdomain.com/llms.txt with a text/markdown or text/plain content-type header.
